CRESCENT RESPONDS TO THE ECONOMIC CRUNCH WITH
"THE CRESCENT STIMULUS PACKAGE"
About a month ago Crescent began offering all of our customers what we have dubbed the "Crescent Stimulus Package".
In an effort to help our customer base we have been
quoting quantities with a minimum of 25,000 at the same pricing that we normally quote on 100,000 parts.
In addition to the pricing break we have also been quoting our
best delivery times regardless of quantity. If our quoted delivery will not work for you please let us know what you require and we will try to meet it.
At the beginning of June we added to the "Package" an incentive to customers that might be able to purchase an item with a
100,000 minimum. Crescent is offering a
significant discount on these items, and will allow them to be scheduled within one (1) year from date of purchase with a noncancellable agreement as we will manufacture them in one lot. All pricing at this level is negotiable so please don't be shy to inquire if we can meet your pricing needs. Crescent is staying busy with many small quantity orders, but we are looking for some larger runs to improve our productivity. After several discussions with various customers regarding the present slow down, the consensus is, that in the not too distant future, customers will begin running out of inventory. This has even been the subject of various nightly news stories of late. With this in mind, we are making an effort to maintain our "Stocking Program" stock levels so that when the flood gates open, we will have the parts on the shelf to
enable you to restock quickly. Crescent has made it a priority to maintain our raw material levels so that there will be no delays in meeting your delivery requirements. Every effort will be made to provide you the delivery that you and your customer will require at no extra charge.
Crescent hopes that our efforts will help you keep your heads above the water. We feel that our relationship with all our customers should be a partnership and that we all need to work together especially when times are tough.
